Radiator not working – we can fix that!

No hot water, no central heating – no problem. We will be able to come out and assess the problem and if possible, fix it there and then. Sometimes the boiler repair may involve a new part – if that is the case, we will give you a quote for the part and for fitting before proceeding any further. Once repaired, your boiler will be back up and running giving you a lovely warm house.

Whether your radiator has a leak or it just won’t get warm, we will be able to spot and solve the problem for you. We are able to repair broken radiator valves and controllers, patch any leaks, bleed your radiator and repair or replace any damaged pipework.

Under floor heating doesn’t in itself require that many repairs, it tends to be the associated elements that do, such as the thermostat, control unit, pump or boiler. These are easy to get to and repair should they become damaged.

If the under floor heating itself is damaged – such as the pipe work, it will depend on the damage caused as to whether it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. If it has been installed properly then it should be easy to isolate any damaged area and repair it. With our gas fire service, we don’t just check the fire itself, we check the pipework, ventilation and flues for any signs of blockage or deterioration. We will also check on the performance of the gas fire to make sure it is burning its gas correctly and that any defects in its performance are addressed straight away.

During a service to your Combi Boiler we will perform a series of checks and cleaning operations. The casing will be removed so we can inspect the inside of your boiler and make sure that everything is functioning as it should be. Different makes of boilers require different checks, which we will follow – ensuring that any warranty you have with the manufacturer is still valid – not having your boiler serviced properly may invalidate your warranty!

We will also perform a flue test to make sure that your boiler is not giving off any poisonous emissions. The gas pressure will also be tested and, if required, adjusted so that your boiler heats your water and home at its optimum level.

If it heats your home, we generally can service it.
